Mid-November Updates

November 18, 2012

For the first time in the blog I have decided to make monthly plans starting in November. It has been hard keeping on track mainly because it is almost the end of Fall semester and the heat is on to finish essays. I have also received some clear proof (almost a Fail grade for Microeconomics) that my studying habits need some updating but I think it might be a little too late to redeem myself…

I also found out that what I have been trying to do is not Intarsia, it is Fair Isle. Oh! How did I get this one confused? Anyways, Fair Isle and Intarsia look equally painful but I am not giving up on learning it on my own.

Please be kind, I am still learning. I cannot begin to explain what happened in the back of this work but I gave sweat and tears in trying to carry the yarn over. This is not easy.

I have also decided to create another page dedicated to food. I came to realize that my knitting posts were quite disconnected from my choices of food. I still will have a few food posting on my blog Tifoli but they will be on a lighter side. Tifoli will mainly be focused on knitting, crochet and fashion while the other website will have tutorials and food adventures. I think I want to name it “Who’s Scared of a Goat Head”. Kind of long for a name but since my postings might be borderline weird I have decided that it would be a good name.

I didn’t want to freak out my current followers so I am leaving the photo preview to stronger stomach. Well… I can’t resit, a little preview won’t kill you. Note that I am not showing the whole goat head…
